It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Bernard Smith (Toccoa, Georgia), who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Smith and Mamie Lou Miller Smith; his wife Pamela Diane Kirkland Smith; his sister Sue McGowan; and his granddaughter Hannah Brothers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda (William Brothers) and Jennifer (Joshua Segars); his grandchildren, Joshua Brothers, Ashleigh Brothers, Cindy Brothers, Tyler Brothers, Jarrett Segars, Hannah-Grace Segars and Haley Segars; and his brother Harvey Smith of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
