She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur O'Dell and Hazel Thompson O'Dell; and her brothers, Wilbur O'Dell, Jerry Lee O'Dell and Ricky O'Dell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Penni Ilges and Jennifer Payne (John); and her brother Clayton O'Dell of Canisteo, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
