She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Crawford and Laura Davis Crawford; her husband Jack R. Smith; her son Jeff Smith; her sisters, Mary C. Charles and Sherry Crawford Pitts; and her in-laws, Arthur, Willie B. Smith and Francis Davis Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jake Mize (Maghan), Sarah Barrett, Jeffery Smith (Lindsey), Paul Mize, Karli Hogsed, Spencer Smith (Kayla), Laura Lane (Brandon) and Leah Stephens; her great grandchildren, Kaylie, Cooper, Isabell, Bryson, Lena, Kirby, Kendall and Tatum; and her caregivers, Renee Long and Wanda LeCroy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Toccoa First Methodist Church (333 E Tugalo St, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location.
