He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Elton and Patricia Mercer Elton. He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Elton Combs (Randy) of Toomsboro and Shawn Elton of Toomsboro; and his stepsiblings, Bearl Elton, Hilbert Elton, Raymond Elton (Vicki) and Lorenda Rogers of Washington County.
