He was predeceased by : his parents, William Guinn "Slim" and Mary Louise Allen; and his sister Beth Allen. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Allen; his children, Josh Allen, Adam Allen (Jessica) and Mandy Allen; his siblings, Helen Gibson (Wayne), Vickie Mitchell (Steve), Becky Worley (Bill), Patti Allen, Tony Allen (Carroll), Michael Allen and Mitchell "Duke" Hill; and his grandchildren, Liam, Maddie, Kira, Landon and Vincent Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
