He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Melba Standerfer Lofty; and his sister-in-law Terri Lofty. He is survived by: his wife Terry Lofty; his children, Joshua DeShawn Lofty, Marie Antoniette Lofty, Michael Lofty, Donald Wayne Lofty (Marisa), Timothy James Lofty (Gayle) and Dustin Heath Lofty; his daughter-in-law Brittany Lofty; his siblings, Melba June Alexander (Fred), Fran, David Lamar Lofty (Evelyn) and Ronnie Lofty; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy McElhaney (Lloyd) and Richard Gifford. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews.
