He is survived by: his wife Shirley Faye Holt; his daughters, Linda Kay Smith (Nathan) and Carol Fay Blevins (David); his sisters, Ila Mae McClure and Wanda Dawn Henderson; his grandchildren, Corey Tipton Williams, Curtis Dwight Williams (Megan), Justin Leverett (Samantha), Whitney Vile (Caleb), Madison Leverett, Jericho Leverett, Makayla Morgan (Holden) and Zander Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Jubilee Vile, Connor Williams and Kaden Moss.
