He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Baker Sr.; his brother Robert D. Baker; and his sister-in-law Deborah Smith. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Baker; his sons, Nathan Baker (Martha) and Bryan Smith (Amanda); his brother Leonard Baker Jr. (Carol); his sisters-in-law, Marion Baker, Lynette Trundle (Dan) and Betty R. Hartline; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Ella and Harper Baker; and his nieces, Sharon Smith (Cranford), Beth Baker and Sabrina Shortt.
