He was predeceased by: his daughter Tiffany Marple; his parents, Kenneth McDaniel (Ruth) and Virginia Thompson; his sister Donna McDaniel; and his son-in-law Stanley LaDale Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Janie McDaniel; his daughters, Pamela "Kido" Chapman and Kerterina Marple; his grandchildren, Micheal Lowery (Ky), Sarah Reese (Shannon), Clarissa Simmons (Corey) and Samantha Singleton (Mike); and his siblings, Kenneth McDaniel, II (Doddie), Debbie Jones (Guy) and Kathy Prater. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
