He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion, Jr. Garner and Clara Mae Garner; and his siblings, Charlotte Downer, David and Steve Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Garner; his daughters, Kaylyn Prince and Taylor Waterman (Steven); and his grandchildren, Dreyken Prince, Kaiden Waterman and Rayleigh Waterman.
