She is survived by: her children, Teresa Womac (Herb) and Terry Sullivan, Jr.; her granddaughter Amber Womac; and her sisters, Edna Gadd, Martha Hartman (Enoch), Phyllis Lewallen and Myra Riley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
