She is survived by: her mother Tammy Cooper (Bruce) of Trenton, GA; her brothers, Michael Mathis, Jr., Samuel Chapman and Johnathon Cooper; her siblings' children, Paris Mathis and Gavin Mathis; and her cousin Jennifer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
