He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Keith and Ruth Keith; his wife Peggy Keith; and his brother Ernie Keith. He is survived by: his brother Hugh Don Keith (Kay); his sister-in-law Sandy Keith; and his nieces, Karen Keith Hewitt, Jill Keith Brock and Penny Keith Cagle.
