She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clarence and Julia Nichols Homburg; her sons, Christopher and Matthew Perkins; and her siblings, Jerry, Greg and Sally.
She is survived by: her brother Phil Homburg; her grandson Vincent Perkins (Shana); her great grandchildren, Taylor and Baylee Perkins; and her daughters-in-law, Sonja Cloud and Allison Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
