She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Shaw. She is survived by: her children, Becky Michaels (Paul), Kathie Pursley (Jason) and DeWayne Shaw (Chassity); and her grandchildren, Michael Forshee, Kaylee Pursley, Jana Pursley, Landon Forshee and Ryan Shaw. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and a host of dear friends.
