He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Lynne Hermansen Pratt. He is survived by: his father Donald Lorus Pratt; his wife Joanna Pratt; his sons, Damian and Gabriel Pratt; and his siblings, Alicia Pratt Arnold, Tiffany Mulcock (Matthew) and James Pratt (Leslie). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
