He is survived by: his wife Joann West; his sister Hazel Jenkins; and his stepchildren, Christy Narmore (Trey), Joey Rutherford (Terri), Nicki Martin (Shane), Aaron Gifford, Ashley McDonald (Jeremy) and Jack Holland (McKinzie). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
