He is survived by: his children, Robert Watson (Terra) and Tiffany Baker-Phillips (Cody); his mother Joann Smith; and his sisters, Turie Moreland and Tula Freeman (Joe). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
