He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stephens and Opal Fay Stephens; and his siblings, Arthell Carrell, Wanda Rinehart, Sonny Stephens, Iris Sue Cloud of Claude and Joy McClain.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jessie Whitley, Elizabeth "Kit" Heaton, Gail Goins, Timmy Stephens and David Stephens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
