She is survived by: her daughter Jan Andrews; her grandchildren, Lee, Katie Tanner, Chase Wilborn, Shana Lynn Blair, Jay and Asia Wilborn; and her great grandchildren, Kensley Tanner, Cohen Wilborn, Jace Wilborn and Jenna Jackson.
