He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roy Herrell, Sr. and Ruth Elizabeth Herrell; and his nephew Danny Lee "Lil" Danny. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany York (Kristopher); his siblings, Elizabeth Lawson (Kenneth), Debbie Rice (Eric) and Charles Herrell, Jr. (Kimberly); his granddaughter Laurel York; and his close friends, Rosie Owen, Donald Van Winkle, David Van Winkle, Robert Van Winkle and Louise Ledbetter. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
