He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Morris Campbell, Sr. and Charlene Virginia Steele Campbell; his granddaughter Blakeleigh Faith Campbell; his sister Cindy Brown; his uncle Jack Campbell; and his grandparents, Doris Ridenhour and Willie Campbell.
He is survived by: his sons, Cody (Ali Campbell), Austin (Brittany Campbell) and Will (Katelyn Campbell); his siblings, Nicole Irvine, Angela Campbell and JJ Irvine; his former wife Beth Campbell; and his close friends, Gordon Kinsey, Tommy Slayton, Ricky Simpson, Bobby Chisolm and Chris "Bird" Scott. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
