It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Richard Bly Sr. (Tucker, Georgia), born in Lakeland, Florida, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Robert S. Bly, Sr. and Otye Brown Bly; his wife Carolyn G. Bly; his sons, Allan R. Bly, Jr. and Robert A. Bly; and his brother Robert S. Bly, Jr..

He is survived by : his granddaughters, Lucy, Charlye Ruth and Caroline Anne; his daughters-in-law, Gina and Becky; and his sister-in-law Ruta K. Bly.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
