He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline Wynne Kelley and Benjamin W. Kelley, Sr.; and his brother Michael Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Vickie B. Kelley of Tucker; his daughter Eva Colleen Warren; his brother Mark; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Blakey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of of flowers Ben requested contributions to the American Cancer Society, Golden Rule Hospice, or Berean Baptist Church.
