She was predeceased by: her father Charles Graham Hatcher (Mother Nelle Hatcher); her siblings, Charles Hatcher and Becky Hardison; and her mother Nell Hatcher. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Green; her sons, Graham Brett (Susie) and Tony Brett (Diann); and her grandchildren, Hailey Brett, Gregory Brett, Rachel Brett and Tyler Brett.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bartow City Cemetery (7634 Church St, Bartow, GA 30413).
Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers in Sherry's name to Embry Hills United Methodist Church in Atlanta GA.
