He is survived by: his wife Sandi Lampiris (Duncan); his stepsons, Ryan and Rodney Folkening; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Carpenter and Steve Duncan (Diane); his grandchildren, Mia, Noah and Levi Folkening; and his cousins, Lee Papadimitriou (Lee) and George Pandelakis (Laurie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and several relatives.
