He was predeceased by: his brother Tyrus Roger Conner; and his parents, Dorothy Ann Ellis and Roger Gale Conner. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Conner of Apalachicola, FL; and his daughter Christina Conner of Fort Collins, CO..
