She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleon Versa West and Eunice West (Nation); her husband Clyde Frederick; and her sister Jane. She is survived by: her sons, Kyle (Anita Jones) and Kurt (Angie Hagstrom); and her grandchildren, Emily Anne, Carolina, Claire, Laurel, Lily and Daisy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
