She is survived by : her sister Margaret Barrows Staples (Robert) of Miami; her cousin Nina Hill of Chattanooga, TN.; her nieces and nephews, Thomas Barrows (Linda), Susan Hamill (James), Robbin Zeidler (Jerry), Paul Staples (Wendy), Tammy Whitfield (Tim) and Mike Barrows; and her friend Mildred.

“Milly moved to Chamblee around the same time we did: 1959-1960. She and Howard became good friends to my family. Over the years Milly and Howard were a part of our lives. After Howard died and Milly had moved to Tucker our friendship continued. Every time I came to Atlanta I visited Milly . We had a busy written correspondence. She was a treasure and I am going to miss her very much.”
