She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlington "Ollie" Milford and Irene E. Milford of Lewes, Delaware.; and her sister Joyce O'Hara (Ralph) of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.. She is survived by: her children, Renee Kilday (Otis) of Tucker, Georgia, Sherrie Napier of Bradenton, Florida and Laurence J. Downes of Tampa, Florida.; and her siblings, Frances Jones (Dave) of Pittsville, Fay Marsh of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, AC Milford (Barbara) of Frankford and Thomas Ray Milford of Berlin, Maryland.. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
