She is survived by: her husband Dwan Collins; her children, Nicholas Webster (Amanda), Carrie McCarver (Patrick), Amy Mines (Steve) and Destiny Simpson (Jason); her sister Teresa Thomas (Boe); and her close friend Peggy Lowrance. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
