He is survived by: his wife Frances Hooper; his siblings, Delbert Hooper, Floyd Hooper, James Hooper, Ralph Hooper and Juanita Bryson; his children, Sheila Diane Akins and Marty; his daughter-in-law Rene Hooper; his grandchildren, Tracey Bender (Mark), Ashley Cannon (Brandon), Jordyn Duke (Joseph) and Mary Dycus; and his great grandchildren, Juliana, Jaxsun, Jazper, Brady, CeCe and Jayla. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
