He is survived by: his father Richard Smith (Robin) of Tunnel Hill, GA; his grandfather Kenneth Smith; his son Andrew Smith; the mother of his children Kelsie Purkey (Brody) of Dalton, GA; and his siblings, Jeffery Smith, Joshua Parnell (Amanda) of Tunnell Hill, GA and Jennifer Smith of Dallas Texas.
