She is survived by: her parents, Sam Thomas and Annette Thomas; her husband Garland "Chip" Perry; her children, Zac Perry and Savannah Knick; her brother Keith Thomas (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Faith, Axl, Aleia, Xander, Audrey and Ava; and her sibling's children, Chloe, Lacie, Taylor, Tyler and Amanda.
