He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie Carter; his daughter Ashley Carter; his parents, Sandra Pulley and Robert Pulley; his siblings, Mike Goins, Randall Goins, Pat Carter and Randy Pulley; his grandparents, Mary Russell and James Russell; and his parents-in-law, Brenda and Marvin Spandau.
He is survived by: his daughters, Breanna Goff (Timothy Lock) and Casey Clines (Drew); his grandchildren, Faith, Hope, Timothy, Charity, Elijah, Madison, Mary and Marley; his siblings, Stacey Jones, Sandra Parnell (Tim), Tommy Goins (Mary), Chris Pulley (Misty) and Teddy Carter; and his close friend Binky McGowan. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
