He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Alexander Kelley and Flora Wright Kelley; his wife Mary Charlotte Kelley; his son Henry Frank Kelley, Jr.; his former wife Cecilene Kelley; his granddaughter Pamela Gail Kelley; and his siblings, Jean Brazell and Charles Kelley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice K. Powell (Kenny) of Wilmington Island and Melinda L. Horton (Paul) of Wilmington Island; his daughter-in-law Marlene Kelley of Monroe; and his stepdaughters, Debra Stark (Terry) of Prairieville and Michelle Peterson (Jamie) of Pooler, Georgia. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, 3 Step-Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and many other numerous family members and friends.
