It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Kunavich of Tybee Island, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rose Kunavich to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Fitch and Kathryn Fitch; her son Ed Burton (Amy); her grandchildren, Lynnea Burton Jessen and Edward Burton; her great grandchildren, Tyler Sweeney and Kenzie Jessen; and her siblings, Shelly Ah Leong (Esmond Dean) and John Fitch (Katie).

In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor to the American Legion would be most appreciated.
