“Please accept our deepest condolences in the loss of "Bill". Our parents, Margaret and Dick Williams, were great friends of Jean and Frank Astary, parents of Bill. Our families spent many evenings together as we were growing up. To this day, I still remember when Bill got an electric racetrack and us getting into the park district pools early on those hot summer days. Bill was quite a leader and a man that was a mentor to many. Kevin Williams, Gayle (Williams) Evans, and Kathy (Jim) Williams.”
