He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood and Reba. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, Katie Dickson (Brian), Jana Jensen (Stephen) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Haeleigh, Kendall, Mason, Madison, Mackenzie, Emma, Greyson, Jax, Bayli and Myles; and his siblings, Lynn Carnes (Tony) and Tim.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 847 Senoia Rd, Tyrone, GA 30290.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Royal Animal Refuge or the Fayette Humane Society, reflecting Charles' enduring love for animals and dedication to their welfare.
