We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2025, at the age of 82, Michael Clement Freund (Tyrone, Georgia), born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Michael Clement may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael Clement touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Freund and Dorithy Zeimes Freund. He is survived by: his wife Carol Freund; and his siblings, Mary Jo Benoit, Benet Freund (Cheryl), Tim Freund (Margaret) and Peter Freund.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (215 Kirkley Rd, Tyrone, GA 30290). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
