It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee H. Bailey Jr. (Unadilla, Georgia), who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bailey, Sr. and Irene Satterfield Bailey; his son Chip Bailey; and his siblings, Glen Bailey and Linda Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bailey; his children, Bruce Bailey (Rhonda), Rena Bledsoe (Tommy) and Leslie Gobbel (Gene); his siblings, Richard Bailey (Beth) and Leigh Ann Crumpton (Pat); and his grandchildren, Beth Bailey Stewart (Jake), Ben Bailey (Ansley), Brandon Bailey (Caroline), Taylor Dickerson, Heather White, Will Mashburn (Cassidy), Brennan Bledsoe (Ashton), Abby Poitevint (Justin), Blair Bledsoe, Graham Gobbel and Molly Gobbel. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
