She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Faulk and Elsie Bivins Faulk; her husband George Lamar Smith; her sister Carolyn F. Thompson; and her nephew Lee Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Smith (Paula) of Pinehurst and Amy Boyer (Ken) of Forsyth; her sister-in-law Jeanne Kent of Pinehurst; and her grandchildren, Quint Smith (Jordan Moseley), Daniel Boyer, Mandy Smith (Kyle Angermeyer) and Sarah Boyer.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forehand Cemetery (606 Thompson Rd, Pinehurst, GA 31070).
