He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Marie Mortel and Fermin Adda; his wife Angela Mortel; his sister Rose Marie Lescouflair of Tampa, Florida; his children, Marie Mortel of Bronx and Hervé Cory Pugh; his stepdaughters, Brenda Morton of Newark, Nette Morton-Smith of Dallas, Georgia and Patricia Morton Ghee of Amherst; his sisters-in-law, Margretta Knowles and Myshawne Tominiyi of Nashville; and his nieces and nephews, Ronald Lescouflair of Gibsonton, Florida, Dawyne Washington, Kakorey Little, James Fogg (JC), Marcel Fogg of Nashville, Martine Figaro of Jacksonville and Marie Yves Lescouflair of Tampa, Florida.. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
