He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Lee Norris, Sr. and Barbara Ann Stewart Norris; and his brother Bennett Lee Norris, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Julianna Texada (John); his grandson Colin of Knoxville, TN.; his brothers, Bill Norris of Crawford and Dan Norris (Lisa) of Acworth; and his pet Scruffy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
