He is survived by: his mother Mary Lois Burckholter (Samsel); his siblings, Michael Burckholter (Diana), Sidney, Brian Burckholter (Joyce), Van Wert, Brad Burckholter (Teresa), Celina, Caprice R. Burckholter and Chris Burckholter (Marie); his nieces and nephews, Sean (Tracey), Brett (Margrett), Angela, Tabatha (Isaac), Jacob (Tasha), Adam, Zack (Hannah) and Nick (Brittney); and his close friend Ray Blair. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
