It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jon Burckholter of Upatoi, Georgia, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walter R. Burckholter. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lois Burckholter (Samsel); his siblings, Michael Burckholter (Diana), Sidney, Brian Burckholter (Joyce), Van Wert, Brad Burckholter (Teresa), Celina, Caprice R. Burckholter and Chris Burckholter (Marie); his siblings' children, Sean (Tracey), Brett (Margrett), Angela, Tabatha (Isaac), Jacob (Tasha), Adam, Zack (Hannah) and Nick (Brittney); and his close friend Ray Blair. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Open House.
