Vernon; his stepsiblings, Terry Lee Newton, Jr. (Katie) of Smyrna, Tennessee, Anna Dodson (Mike) of Orlando, Florida and Crystal Newlin of Orlando, Florida; and his grandson Dakota Lee Newlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
