He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominck DeCarlo and Mary Ann Webb DeCarlo; and his sister Janet DeCarlo McCord. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia DeCarlo; his daughter Jessica; his son-in-law Lee Jones; his grandchild Taylor Wray Jones of Valdosta; and his siblings, Don (Terri DeCarlo), Nancy (Fred Vollbeer), Linda DeCarlo of Valdosta, GA and Jimmy (Joy DeCarlo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Society or the American Cancer Society.
