She is survived by: her children, Andy Childs (Stacey) of Valdosta, Tony Childs (Brittney) of Valdosta, Justin Nichols of Valdosta, Sadie Kurtz (Alex) of Valdosta and Athena Colon (Jimmy) of Valdosta; her sisters, Tammy Daffin (Roger) of Lake Wales, FL, Diane DeMaranville of Hahira and Peggy Burnash (Rich) of Valdosta; and her grandchildren, Brendan Childs of Atlanta, Braxton Childs of Atlanta, Waylon Kurtz of Valdosta, Emmett Kurtz of Valdosta, Kayce Kurtz of Valdosta, Olivia Magiera of New York, Eizen Colon and Harlene Colon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home (3119 W Marion Ave, Lake Park, GA 31636). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel (3119 W Marion Ave, Lake Park, GA 31636).
