He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dice Teter and Freda Marie Robey Teter; and his brother Rev. Allan Dice Teter. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Joyce Teter of Valdosta; his daughters, Dawn Marie Hiers (John) of Pine Mountain and Tracy Lynn Minter (Lin) of Clyattville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Kayla Marie Moore, Heather Lynn Dixon, Eugene Linden Minter III and Joseph Ray Minter; his great grandchildren, Coralie Grace Moore, Abigail Ruth Dixon and Kenneth Mason Dixon; his brother Jerry Lee Teter (Cindy) of Cambridge; his sister-in-law Rev. Jean Teter; and his sister Dorothy Gay McElroy (Eugene).
