He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Lester and Anna Elizabeth Wright; his wife Gloria Dean Griffin Wright; his grandson Dakota Starling; and his sister Patricia Wright.
He is survived by : his daughters, Monica Starling (John) and Michelle Adkins (Lee); his grandchildren, Eric Stout (Catherine), Ben Stout (Megan), Amber Dailey (Sean), Austin Robinson, Anna Feagle and Case Adkins; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Dailey, Declan Dailey, Billy Stout, Lizzie Stout, Laine Stout and Ahri Stout. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home (243 Knotty Pine Dr, Valdosta, GA 31602). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Cemetery (6571 Union Rd, Hahira, GA 31632).
